FAQ
A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
A: All of the products used in the pest control industry contain some type of insecticide or rodenticide in them. When used correctly by a trained & certified person they pose no risk to humans or animals. They are regulated by the EPA and each product is labeled with an explanation of how and where it can be used.
A: Yes and No! Most insects originate from the outside and come into the home for food, moisture and shelter. These insects can be taken care of with our exterior programs eliminating the need for spraying inside. However, there are some insects that are brought into the house or have built nest inside the house and this will require some interior treatment The good news is, we only need to treat areas inside that are having problems.
A: The only time that you should have to leave your home is; if the interior needs to be sprayed. Usually, you only have to be away from treated areas for a couple of hours.
A: Children or pets should not be able to come in contact with anything we put out. We place and apply the products we use in accordance with the Label. This eliminates the possibility of coming in contact with the products. However, if by some type of accident it does happen, You need to immediately contact us! We will find out from you what has happened then direct you to the right place (i.e. doctors, vets, poison control)
A: This question has many answers. For starters it is recommended that if your home is over 6 years old you should have annual Termite inspections. If you are having treatments for general insects like spiders or crickets your home may only need a one time treatment. If you need treatment for Ants or Roaches these insects may require either monthly or quarterly services to control them. Rodents may also require monthly or quarterly services.

Q: How do I know if I have termites?
A: Unfortunately you usually don’t until it’s too late. Termites can enter
your home & go unnoticed for quite some time. They don’t make noise
when eating. So, most people find out when they discover damage inside
the home or in the spring when they are greeted by hundreds of flying
termites. You should have your home inspected annually regardless if it
has been treated or not.

Q: Do you handle wildlife humanely?A: Yes! In most cases the animals can be chased from the home and the
repair work can then be done to prevent re-entry. If traps are needed to
remove an animal from the home we will explain the procedure to you
during the service.
